*Cancellation policy; 7 days must be given if you wish to cancel your service. If less than 7 days you will still be charged for your service.
*Allocated time of service; I will always try my best to get to your home at the time you requested however please give me 10-15 mins either side for traffic or an early finish.
*Keys to your home; If you decide you would like to give me a key to your home you must sign a key release form
*Toilet facilities; Please ensure there is a toilet I can use when I visit your home. I am not a fan of wild weeing.
*Off lead consent; I will not let your dog off the lead until I am fully confident even when you say it's ok. Please ensure you sign the 'off lead' consent form
*Photos for advertising; I will take photos of my walks to use for advertising. Please make me aware if you do not want your dogs or cats on my advertising platform.
*Weather; If the weather is 23 degrees or more I will not walk your dog instead I offer a back garden play & cuddle service. The same applies if the weather is extremely cold, thunder & lighting or hail.
*Insurance; I am fully insured to look after your babies.
*Damage to personal items during a visit or walk; Any personal items that are damaged or broken by your dog will need to be paid for.
